IRS scams. Four things to know.
1) The IRS will not reach out to you by email or social media.
2) The IRS will not reach out to you by text message.
3) The IRS will not reach out to you with fake websites. Take a look at the address bar. This will be a dead give away.
4) The IRS will not reach out to you by phone with threats or insisting you resolve back tax issues by purchasing third party bank cards.
